Junie James, founder member and Director of Project Development & Co-ordination. Junie has over 25 years experience of community development, including events development, co-ordination and management. She is currently director of Oxford Inspires, Oxfordshire's cultural Development Agency, East Oxford Action Charity Ltd., oeganiser of Cowley Road Carnival and Fusion Community Arts Agency.

Parnel (Geno) Humphry, is a local broadcaster and trainer. Former project leader of 'Multiplicity' multi-cultural event in 2005 as part of Oxford Inspires 'Evolving City' Urban Cultural Programme and Co-ordinator for 'Eat The World' on Cowley Road 2006. Geno is currently director of Ethnic Minorities Business Service, trustee of East Oxford Action.
